Wendy at Work: Wendy has a unique blend of marketing skills and business acumen which allowed her to launch Spectrum in 1996 in partnership with Naomi Beames. A director of the company, she has been instrumental in the successful management and growth of what has become one of Australia's leading and most reputable public relations consultancies.

Since the establishment of Spectrum, Wendy and Naomi have held firm to the principle of providing the Australian technology, consumer and business industries with innovative, effective and highly ethical public relations services. The hands-on, insightful, senior level of consulting she provides results in a success driven approach to communication for clients.

Wendy is dedicated to maintaining strong and effective communication between Spectrum and its clients. As the most experienced practitioner in the company with almost twenty years in the communication industry, Wendy plays an active role in providing strategic advice and counsel to the company's clients and its executives, and to the teams she leads within Spectrum.

With a background in consultancy and in-house public relations, advertising and marketing communication, Wendy offers expertise in strategic planning, corporate counsel, creative execution, media relations, and issues and crisis management. She also holds her teams accountable and responsible for stringent budget management.

Wendy at Play: With three young children and a house to build, Wendy doesn't have a great deal of time to play! However, armed with a list of quality baby-sitters, Wendy does occasionally get out of the house and usually heads straight to a good restaurant with a great wine list. Wendy is currently engrossed in planning her new dream house and is discovering the delights of the 21st century 'smart home'.
